Privacy Policy

AI Leverage Planner (“the Service”) is a free tool operated by Triple Whale Inc. that analyzes how you spend your calendar time and produces a personalized AI action plan. This policy explains exactly what data the Service touches and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Calendar data. Your raw calendar events are processed inside your browser and never leave it. What is sent to us: deduplicated event titles (stripped of attendees, descriptions, locations, and times) and aggregate statistics (hours, meeting counts, fragmentation, category totals).
• Identity. Your name, email address, and profile picture — either from Google sign-in or entered by you — so we can deliver your report.
• Public enrichment. We may look up publicly available information about you and your company (for example role and company name) to personalize your plan.

How we use it

• Moby, Triple Whale’s AI analyst, researches your context and writes your personalized report.
• Your finished report is stored so that your private, unguessable report link keeps working.
• We email you once with your report link. We may follow up personally — no automated drip campaigns.

Google user data

The Service requests read-only access to Google Calendar (calendar.readonly) and basic profile information. Calendar events are read in your browser only; raw events are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred except as needed to provide the Service.

Storage & security

Report requests and finished reports are stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Netlify) with access restricted to the Service. Report links use unguessable random identifiers.

Deletion

Reply to your report email — or write to yaakov@triplewhale.com — and we will delete your report and request data promptly.
